"Water You Wading For" is an episode of the Happy Tree Friends Flash cartoon series. This episode introduces Flaky, the nervous little Porcupine, and her relationship with Cuddles, and how this relationship can get the two of them into trouble.

Cuddles is always trying to lure scared Flaky into some sort of trouble! In this episode, Cuddles wants Flaky to join him in the local swim hole... little does he know that what you don't see beneath the water can hurt you! By the way, do you think Flaky is a girl or a boy?[1]
[edit] Plot
Cuddles and Flaky arrive at the pond to have a nice, refreshing swim, Cuddles jumps straight in, desperate for a swim, but Flaky, she sees a sign saying "No Swimming", refusing to jump in with Cuddles, despite his constant attempts to convince her, but the sign was there for a reason.
As Cuddles attempts to get Flaky into the water, he is viciously attacked by a group of Pirhanas, and is then treated like a beach ball by a pair of Seals. With all this happening, Flaky tries to help Cuddles, but her own fear causes her to try it from a distance; trying to reach the pond with a small stick, from ten meters away, from behind a tree.
Cuddles tries desperately to get away from the pond, but on his way out he is covered by a Crocodile's jaw and brought back in. Fighting for his life in the Crocodile's mouth, it's only a matter of time before his strength fails. After the fight, Cuddles is left crawling out of the pond, missing his lower half, but at least he's safe, for now.
As Cuddles crawls for safety, a huge Whale rises out of the pond, and with no explanation of how it got there, lands on top of Cuddles. Slipping back into the pond, the Whale reveals Cuddles only as a pool of blood and rabbit meat. Then, as the final insult, Flaky throws in a life preserver, a little too late to save her poor friend.

- A whole pond of sea life kills Cuddles while first having fun with him:
- Piranhas chew up Cuddles.
- Seals 'play ball' with Cuddles.
- A crocodile tries to eat Cuddles, he gets out missing his lower body.
- Finally a whale appears and crushes Cuddles, leaving only a pool of blood, chunks of meat, and an eye.
[edit] Goofs
- When Cuddles is attacked by the Piranhas, the bite marks on his body do not appear until he is about to be attacked by the Crocodile, when they should have appeared when the Seals were playing ball with him.
