Don't you mean that there are two towns named Waterloo in Wisconsin? The reason being, in New York the village of Waterloo is located within the town of Waterloo. So, in that sense there is only one Waterloo in New York. 66.66.245.85 18:53, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
