I hope you are not working for Water Tower Place in some fashion. I will revert this article in a few days if you don't reply. Listing a bunch of mediocre shops is not only unnecessary but proves that Water Tower has fallen from its once top spot at Michigan Avenue. And there is a great deal of concern about the crumbling facade, and that's why no one is interest in buy the Ritz which is rated as one of the best hotels in the US/ world.
