"Wasting My Time" is a power ballad by Canadian post-grunge/alternative rock band Default. The song is from their 2001 debut album The Fallout. The song's single was released a year later, in 2002. It is by far their most well-known song, and is a staple of the band. By far their most popular song, "Wasting My Time" reached #13 on the US Hot 100 charts, #3 on the US Modern Rock charts, and peaked at #2 on the US Mainstream Rock charts.
