Washington Township is a township in Anderson County, Kansas, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 268.

Washington Township covers an area of 36 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Baptist, Horn, Hyatt, Mont Ida and Springfield.
The streams of Bradshaw Creek and Skunk Branch run through this township.
