SR 514 was a state route in the U.S. state of Washington. It was an auxiliary route of Interstate 5. It started at SR 99 in Fife, then headed east to SR 161, where it ended in Milton.[1]

In January 1964, SSH 1X became SR 514. On April 1, 1992, SR 514 became defunct.
