State Route 100, abbreviated SR 100, is a state route in the U.S. state of Washington. It goes from US 101 in Ilwaco to Fort Canby State Park. The road forms a loop, intersecting with itself approximately 300 feet (100 m) west of its terminus with US 101. At the southern end of the loop, a highway designated SR 100 Spur extends 0.08 miles (0.13 km)[1] to the boundary of Cape Disappointment State Park. The road was added to the state highway system by the state legislature in 1991, although this law did not take effect until April 1, 1992.

SR 100 is signed as a "loop" rather than with a cardinal direction. Mileposts are designated counterclockwise around the loop.
