The Washington County Patriots football team are a non-profit football organization based out of Washington County, Wisconsin, created to give football players an opportunity to play at a high level of competition once their high school, college or professional days of playing are over.

The Patriot's team was started by Derek Diehl in 2004 and competed in the UFL (Ultimate Football League), where as a first year organization lost in the championship game to the Milwaukee Rattlers 18-14.

In 2006 the Patriots moved from the ULF into a more competitive league with more stability; the WSFL (Wisconsin State Football League) where they most recently took 2nd place in the souther division.
