WASB (1590 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Christian radio format. Licensed to Brockport, New York, USA. The station is currently owned by Marilyn Wolfe.[1]

The station went on the air in the early 1970's and was owned by a group of local businessmen. The station broadcast on 1560khz with a power of 500w - daytime only. In 1976 the station was purchased by Canal Communications, inc. and the call letters changed to WWBK. Format was community oriented pop. In 1979 WWBK obtained a construction permit allowing the change to 1,000 watts fulltime operation on 1590khz. The facility was sold in 1979 and the call letters changed to WJBT on 1980-04-14. on 1984-05-24, the station changed its call sign to the current WASB.[2]
