Warboys Town Football Club are a football club based in Warboys, near Ramsey, Cambridgeshire, England.

The club spent a sixteen-year period in the Eastern Counties League from 1988, before resigning midway through the 2003–04 season and returning to the Peterborough & District League. During their spell in the Eastern Counties League, they were runners-up in Division One in 1995–96, earning promotion to the Premier Division, but were relegated back to the lower tier in 2001.

They entered the FA Cup for four seasons in the late 1950s, and then from 1997 to 2001, with their best run being in 1999–00, making the Second Round Qualifying before being defeated by Witney Town. In the FA Vase, their best run in in fifteen seasons saw them reach the second round (last 128) in 1994–95.
