It would be interesting to get more information on the schools in Waratah. Also, Waratah has an interesting history, having once been a town in its own right.

I have added a little. I will try to add more when I have the time. Christchurch 15:23, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Population of Waratah

I re-checked the ABS stats. What I edited into the article was the population of postcode 2298, which includes Waratah, Waratah West and Georgetown. Since the last two suburbs have their own Wikipedia page, the population of Waratah should be determined not by the postcode (as I thought it should) but by the ABS definition (Waratah, State Suburb, LOCATION CODE: SSC14476 STATE: NSW) which gives a population of 4287. --One Salient Oversight 06:44, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
