in book "a fishery for modern times: the state and the industrilization of the newfoundland fishery, 1934-1968" by Miriam Wright, it (page 14) says, "Newfoundland was the only country that actually paid back its war debts." I am just wondering what kind of war debts it was? Jackzhp 15:51, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
