This user account is a bot operated by Jwanders (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. |
This bot is maintained by User:Jwanders. It is currently being used only for testing of basic bot tasks (i.e. login, fetching, editing) and is not performing any unsupervised edits nor any edits beyond its userspace.
