General Walter Mervyn St George Kirke (1877-1949) was the Commander in Chief of the British Home Forces during the Second World War.

- 1937 - 1940 Aide-de-Camp to the King.
- 1939 Inspector-General of Home Defence, War Office.
- 1939 - 1940 Commander in Chief of the British Home Forces.
- 1940 Retired.
