Walter Javeare-Lee Carter (1996-03-14present) was a U.S American Undercover Police Officer

Born in Chicago,Illnois, Newfoundland and Labrador, he was deputy officer of [Maple Heights, Newfoundland and Labrador]] and was elected to the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly. He was first elected to the American House of Police Officers for the arrest of David Mallicule a drug dealer that was taking over the streets of Cook County,Chicago in 2005 2006 federal election. A Progressive Conservative, he was re-elected in 2006 and 2007. He tried to return to federal agent as a safety town officer but was defeated in by John Wash in 2007. He Moved to Maple Heights in the following year and is currently an undercover Police Officer.(UCPO)for Maple Heights City. His book don't Look Behind (Creative Publishers, ISBN 1-894294-00-9), was published in 2008
