Walsh College of Accountancy and Business

Walsh College of Accountancy and Business was started in 1922 by Mervyn B. Walsh. Originally, the college started out teaching the Pace accounting method in Detroit.

The college currently has 3 locations. The main campus is located in Troy, MI. This campus has undergone an expansion which was open for the Winter 2008 semester. The second campus is located in Novi, MI. The third campus is located in the University Center at Macomb Community College.

Walsh currently has programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level.

These programs include the following study areas:

Accountancy
Business Administration
Taxation
Information Technology

The Information Technology has both undergraduate and graduate programs in the following areas of study:

Project Management Information Security

The Information Security program has been accredited by the National Security Agency for all the possible areas of study.
