Wally O'Cock (born June 17, 1875) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.
O'Cock made his debut for the Carlton Football Club in Round 1 of the 1897 season, the first official round of the VFL. He left the Blues in 1901 before they could lift from the bottom of the ladder.
