Walgreens Tunnel

The Walgreens Tunnel is a relatively new feature of Interstate 80, located on the north side of downtown Reno, Nevada, USA. This structure, which consists of a Walgreens store and its surrounding parking lots, was constructed on a deck suspended over the pre-existing, grade depressed freeway. The adjoining Virginia Street (to the west) and Center Street (to the east) overpasses were incorporated into this development project, creating a one-block long "mini-tunnel" on I-80.
