[edit] The Real Question

How in the name of all that is holy does one pronounce “Bagehot”? —75.18.113.152 05:41, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Contrary to the article I think it's more like bajot not bajit. Maybe depends on American or UK accent, but UK pronunciation is definitely the former.

It's actually "Badgit". I know because I am a family descendant He was a second cousin (removed a few times!) If anyone is interested in family history I can help. Rodbry 16:15, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
