[edit] Temp. repository for independent sources
I am looking into whether this game satisfies notability criteria for WP. Some references are lsited here.

I'll get back to it later as it's late here. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 03:43, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- I've no opinion on the notability issue, but the 'rogue salesman' issue is fascinating. The www.funspin.com domain is registered to the game's creator and is mentioned in any notable reference I can find. The exception being the 'boardgamegeeks' site, which is a wiki that was edited by the salesperson recently. Enough for me, I'll cleanse the links for now, add the 'official' one, tag for references, and we can talk about the notability problem. Kuru talk 17:48, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for that, I'll have another trawl later, but it seems difficult to find independent, reliable sources. Not sure how reliable Dr Toy is, this is not my field of expertise. --Rodhullandemu (Talk) 17:56, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- Not mine as well; all the information from sfgate and women's wall street is probably fine, but I just don't know the standards established for games. I'll drop a note at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Board and table games as see if someone in the weeds can fill us in. Kuru talk 18:19, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- If it's the same "Dr Toy" that I'm thinking of, this woman has written a book about how to increase your kids intelligence (or something to that effect), and is a nationally syndicated writer. I think she has written one or two articles that have also appeared in Knucklebones. --Craw-daddy | T | 18:43, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
