[edit] Waiver and Contract Law

This is under the contract law category, but there isn't anything about waiver. I'll get around to adding it.

We probably also need some more global perspective. For example, the personal jurisdiction example is the leading case on waiver and consent, but what about elsewhere? Mmmbeer 13:06, 7 October 2005 (UTC)

Agreed - I've added a short (and basic) section outlining the main legislation applicable in the UK. It would be nice if others could add similar sections relating to their local jurisdictions or any others with which they may be familiar. --62.173.76.218 16:01, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
