[edit] Citation for the key?

Why do you need a citation for the key it's in? It's in D, that's just an inherent fact.

[edit] July 11, 2006?

How did someone find out that it was recorded on July 11, 2006?!?

[edit] "Background and Production" section has neither

This section doesn't give information about the background or production of the song - as to why Mayer was interested in Mayfield and the blues, his musical goals, his lyrical goals, the interest in vintage production techniques and equipment. The Ienner anecdote is interesting, but mistitled here.

[edit] Mayer quote on lyrics

"A year ago this month I wrote a song called "Waiting on the World to Change", in which I tried to express the feelings of helplessness that come with knowing what needs to change in the world but also knowing the futility of trying." at his blog, http://www.johnmayer.com/blog/john/200704, april 26, 2007 entry.
