Description

This animated GIF, spanning 24 seconds, demonstrates the Wagon-wheel effect. As the "camera" moves toward the right accelerating at the same rate, the objects first speed up sliding to the left and when they reach the halfway point 12 seconds in, they appear to go in reverse and continue accelerating.
