Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing at Deuce 'n Domino. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. -- Scorpion0422 00:53, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Please refer to Wikipedia's good faith rules and please try and try and be civil about disagreements. Your bullying tactics are highly unacceptable. Thank you. (WadeKeller2008 (talk) 00:58, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Are you indeed Wade Keller? Daniel Case (talk) 02:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 13:21, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Pardon my doubting you. Again, why don't you post about it over in the PWTorch forums to confirm. Or better yet, just put up a blurb about it on the PWTorch site. That'll solve the matter quickly.
In any case, even if you were Wade, you still need to provide proper references for your edits. Simply saying something about the PWTorch newsletter isn't sufficient, as you did here [1] [2]. Dayewalker (talk) 14:28, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

I am merely keeping the pages accurate and up to date. Also I wish I didn't have to read the libelous edits you yourself made to my own page. Thanks to everyone who reverted them. Whatever your agenda is, it's sad. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 15:02, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

You can't just show up and claim you are a someone without proving it. We'll give you a chance to prove our identity, if you don't, you could be blocked for impersonating someone. -- Scorpion0422 20:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Look I know you're upset you were corrected and now you realize you don't know as much about the professional wrestling industry as I do since I work in it and you don't. Believe me I know it can't be a good feeling. But as long as you keep the articles inaccurate and out of date I feel the need to maintain their integrity. (WadeKeller2008 (talk) 22:10, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

If you actually are Wade Keller, make a post in your forum so we can confirm it. That's all you have to do, then you will be left alone. -- Scorpion0422 22:25, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
As of 6:45 PM CST, no confirmation has been posted on the PWTorch forums. Dayewalker (talk) 23:44, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

In regards to Dayewalker I will just repeat when I told Scorpion. I am sorry you're just a "smart" fan (an oxymoron no matter how you slice it) and aren't in the wrestling business. There would be no issue if you gentlemen would keep the articles up to date and accurate. And if you edit my article one more time with libelous remarks I will contact my attorney. Thank you. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 23:58, 28 May 2008 (UTC))

As per WP:LEGAL, do not make legal threats on wikipedia. No one has threatened you, in fact, several editors have offered you chances to prove your identity, and no one has made "libelous remarks" on your page. Dayewalker (talk) 00:22, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
Such a blunt notice probably isn't going to help things; I'd prefer it if we tried to engage in dialogue. – Luna Santin (talk) 00:30, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

A few responses, there: I'd appreciate it if you could confirm you are who you claim to be, in some way; it's potentially very problematic for us to allow you to make that sort of claim unless we're reasonably sure it's a valid claim. It's a pain, yes, but I do hope you understand why letting anyone claim to be a public person could lead to trouble, both for Wikipedia and for that person.

Second, what problematic material are you referring to, and at which page? Please be as specific as possible. Wikipedia does take such matters seriously, as expressed by our biographies of living persons policy.

Third, please note that legal threats belong in legal channels; you're free to explore your options via the appropriate means (might start here), but when you're editing on Wikipedia we do respectfully ask that you do so in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines and policies. One of those policies suggests that users currently engaged in or seriously considering legal action should be blocked from editing until any legal threats are resolved or withdrawn -- in other words, you can edit or sue, but not both at once. I do wish this didn't have to be a stern warning, but I do need to emphasize that you may not get a second one.

I appreciate your time and consideration, here, and look forward to your response (especially on the second question). – Luna Santin (talk) 00:24, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

There is no valid reason as to why I was banned. I merely indicated that if that person wrote "And Keller fucks sheep" one more time on my own Wikipedia article I would be forced to take proper action. But since I have not seen anything of the kind since I made that statement, no legal action will be taken and I request to be un-banned as soon as it is able to be done. I did nothing wrong in updating the articles and correcting errors made by wrestling fans who know far lass than they'd care to admit. As someone who is actually in the business in question, my knowledge is not to be questioned or mocked. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 22:38, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Edit Summary

The edit summary here is unaccaptable. Please be civil. By the way, no-one put that term ion there to seem "clever". The term "jobber" is used to keep the articles out of universe, and that the results are predetermined. Thanks, and happy editing. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 12:47, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Please refer to Wikipedia's good faith rules and try and remain civil yourself. As the publisher of the world's foremost informational newsletter, I find the term "jobber" misused as you clearly did in the Paul London and Brian Kendrick article. You may want to brush up on the terminology to avoid repeat mistakes. Thanks in advance. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 13:20, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WP:NPA Warning

Do not make personal attacks against other wikipedia editors, as you did here [3]. In addition, please do not alter other user's comments on talk pages. Dayewalker (talk) 00:00, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] May 2008

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for making legal threats. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia as long as the threat stands. If you believe that a legal action is warranted, you may contact our information team at info-en@wikimedia.org and they may forward it to our legal counsel or a more appropriate venue. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Toddst1 (talk) 03:05, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "No legal action will be taken. Person in question complied with my request not to make inappropriate edits to my own personal article on the website"

Decline reason: "The editor with whom you had the dispute backing down does not justify the threat. Legal threats are strictly prohibited under all circumstances. — Selket Talk 23:27, 29 May 2008 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Request reason: "I am a well respected professional wrestling journalist. Perhaps you can tell me where it was appropriate and legal for user dayewalker to constantly write I enjoy fucking sheep on my own personal article. If that did not justify possible legal recourse, I request you tell me what you would have done. I request I be un-banned for I have done nothing wrong."

Decline reason: "No evidence of that attack anywhere on Wikipedia. WP:NLT is clear. You made a legal threat. You are now blocked. Take it up with ArbCom... — Jayron32.talk.contribs 03:24, 30 May 2008 (UTC)"

I just checked the history of Dayewalker's comments on this page and he has not said that. Can you please point out the exact edit where he did? There is this edit where you tried to make it look like he insulted you, he has never written that you enjoy fucking sheep (at least, not on this page). In response to some of your comments, Wikipedia is not a news site and thus does not need week by week coverage of events. That's why you were reverted at first. -- Scorpion0422 00:40, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Once again Scorpion your motivations are petty and quite common of a lot of "smark" fans I have encountered since I began covering professional wrestling. As the publisher of The Torch it is important a good majority of matches and angles be covered and included in the history of the men and women that participated in them. I noted that you were sloppy in your editing of many articles you contributed to and it was necessary to clean it up and make it respectable and presentable to the general public. A journalist course or perhaps creative writing would serve you well for future writing pieces you engage in. If you would have had taken the time and energy to have some pride in your work and not vandalized my personal article (not this page) I would not have had my inbox flooded with e-mails informing me of your actions and the need to set the record straight. I do not know if you are simply jealous of the fact I am in the business or just angry I corrected you when you were clearly wrong and inaccurate. Whatever the case may be I feel bad for you. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 01:34, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

In response to your accusations, I have never once edited the Wade Keller article (check the article history yourself). We can track the history of articles, so you should avoid making such accusations unless you have proof. -- Scorpion0422 01:54, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

And once again I implore you to refer to Wikipedia's good faith edits and remain civil. Your poor attitude and less than mature behavior only serves to prove my point that you are only bitter and angry over the fact I am a well known personality and you are just another fan who thinks he's smarter about a profession than he really is. But rather than improve your own abilities you resort to ridiculous levels of hatred and venom. It's sad. WadeKeller2008 (talk) 10:48, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

There are no personal attacks against you, other than the ones you added. No one called you slurs or said anything about your bedroom habits. You have been asked repeatedly to simply make a post in the forums of the website you claim to own, but all you respond with is accusations, legal threats, and personal attacks. Again I'll suggest that you simply prove you are who you say you are, and enlighten us. Dayewalker (talk) 03:14, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Personal attacks? I believe the term hypocrite applies here does it not dayewalker? Like Scorpion I don't know if you're angry over the fact my knowledge of professional wrestling is far more accurate than yours or the fact I'm a well known personality and you are just a fan sitting at home pretending to know more than you really do. It is people like you who constantly give true fans of the business a bad name and that is grossly unfair to actual good hearted people. I request Dayewalker you refer to the article on this website about being civil. Even you could pull that off right? WadeKeller2008 (talk) 10:48, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Alrighty, then. At least I tried. Dayewalker (talk) 16:08, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
