Once you can finds the source it'll be all good. I have the document on my HD, but what the SYPTE want to do (wishes/survey/public enquiry) and what is feasable, financially possible (money available) is different. Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons 20:06, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
