The W H Stocks Stakes is a Group 2 Australian thoroughbred horse race for mares aged 4 years old and over under weight for age conditions, over a distance of 1600m.
It is held annually at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne.

1973 onwards held over 1600m
1973 – 1978 was a Principal Race
1979 – 1992 was a Listed Race
1993 – 2004 was a Group 3
2005 onwards Group 2
1973 - 1979 the race was known as the ‘Dallas Handicap’
1980 onwards the race has been called ‘W H Stocks Stakes’.
