[edit] Is Composer of Underdog theme correct?

This page says that W. Watts Biggers composed all of the theme songs. However, an Underdog theme song lyrics page says it was composed by Ortala Le Clerc Germaine. That page seems to exist in multiple locations. Here's a link to one of them: http://polycrit.wordpress.com/2006/08/07/underdog/

Can somebody determine which is correct?
