I couldn't find the Senate vote records for Basham's confirmation. I did find an article that stated: "The Senate Finance Committee on Thursday afternoon [i.e. May 18th] voted unanimously to recommend W. Ralph Basham's nomination to be the new commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.

Basham's nomination now passes to the Senate for confirmation, although no date has been set for the vote. …"

I found another article that said he was confirmed on May 26, 2006. But I didn't see the record of the vote on the Senate website. The only roll call votes listed were #159-#161.
