Vyacheslav Lipinskiy (April 18, 1882 - June 14, 1931) is a prominent ukrainian politician, statesman, historian, sociologist, thinker, fighter for Ukrainian independence in 1917-1919 and one of the theorists of Independence. For two years (1918-1919) he had been a ukrainian ambassador to Wien, Austria. Developed a theory of Ukrainian conservatism. Due to this theory Ukraine should have become a constitutional hereditary monarchy.
