[edit] XP-54 serial numbers

The serial numbers of the 2 XP-54s were 41-1210 and 42-108994. Some books list 41-1211 as the serial number for the second XP-54, but this serial number was assigned to a Vultee BT-13. Therefore 42-108994 is the correct serial number for the second XP-54. -- 72.194.116.63 04:35, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Found the cause of the error on Joe Baugher's pages. 41-1210 - Vultee XP-54 Swoose Goose

1210 to CL-26 at San Barnardino AAF, CA Feb 7, 1944. The second XP-54 had the number 41-1211 painted on its tail in error. It was actually 42-108994.193.172.180.226 (talk) 14:54, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
