Vrhovine is a town and a municipality in Lika-Senj County, Croatia.

According to 1961 census, Vrhovine had 5368 inhabitants of which 5100 (95.01%) were Serbs and 242 (4.51%) were Croats.
According to 2001 census, Vrhovine had 905 inhabitants of which 55.03% were Serbs and 38.45% were Croats.
