Voydan Chernodrinski

Voydan Chernodrinski (Bulgarian: Войдан Чернодрински; Macedonian: Војдан Чернодрински, trasnliterated Vojdan Černodrinski) (born January 15, 1875 in Struga, present day Republic of Macedonia - died January 8, 1951, Sofia, Bulgaria) (born Voydan Pop-Georgiev Kuzmanov[1]) was a playwright and dramatist from the region of Macedonia. His surname is derived from Black Drin, a river flowing through his hometown. Some of his works include Makedonska Krvava Svadba (Macedonian Blood Wedding) which was translated into a film, Makedonski Zgovor (Macedonian Word), Makedonsko Vostanie (Macedonian Uprising), Drvari, Zlo za Zlo, Do Koga (Until When) and Buntovnik among others.
