Template documentation[edit] How to use this template
This template is used to tag articles maintained through WikiProject Volcanoes. Use {{Volcano}} on the article's talk page to add it to Category:WikiProject Volcanoes articles.
An article's assessment is generated from the optional class and importance parameters: {{Volcano | class= | importance= }}
The class should be assigned according to the quality scale on the Wikipedia:WikiProject Volcanoes/Assessment page, which is identical to the one at Wikipedia:Version 1.0 Editorial Team/Assessment. The following values may be used for the class parameter:
- FA - Adds articles to Category:FA-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- A - Adds articles to Category:A-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- GA - Adds articles to Category:GA-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- B - Adds articles to Category:B-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- Start - Adds articles to Category:Start-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- Stub - Adds articles to Category:Stub-Class WikiProject Volcanoes articles
- Articles for which a valid class is not provided are listed in Category:Unassessed WikiProject Volcanoes articles.
The importance should be assigned according to the importance scale on the Wikipedia:WikiProject Volcanoes/Assessment page. The importance scale has been written specifically for WikiProject Volcanoes, so please read it carefully prior to making assessments of importance for this project. The following values may be used for the importance parameter:
- Top - Adds articles to Category:Top-importance WikiProject Volcanoes articles
