Voghiera is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ferrara in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 45 km northeast of Bologna and about 13 km southeast of Ferrara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,924 and an area of 40.5 km².[1]
The municipality of Voghiera contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ducentola, Gualdo, Montesanto, and Voghenza.
Voghiera borders the following municipalities: Argenta, Ferrara, Masi Torello, Portomaggiore.
