Is it Derzhavin? According to http://www.sgu.ru/rus_hist/?wid=1951, and http://www.art100.ru/nearyou/art/borovik/derzgavin-bor.jpg and http://nearyou.narod.ru/art/borovik/0borovik.html it is him, but it looks completly different

How come? The portrait is suppose to be in Tretyakov Gallery, maybe somebody from Moscow can check, it is kind of difficult to do from Australia.
