Description

Vivian McPeak, founder of the Peace Heathens and later executive director of Hempfset, photographed in the University District, Seattle, Washington, March 1993, during a political demonstration (I believe in protest against the then-impending law banning sitting on sidewalks in commercial districts). Wearing jacket painted by El Steiner (Larry Steiner).
