Vittori Vidali is the same person as Vittorio Vidale. Apparently his name can be written in Italian or Spanish.

Carp: Thank you for that kind re-edit. As to registering for now I think I will let things be. El Jigüe 12/05/05

El Jigue: I think that I started this story, though, like you, I was not registered - or at least signed on - at the time, so like to track it. Thanks for bringing it alive - you know, with all those dead people.. I have discovered no down side to registering, but do what feels comfortable. I somewhere have the story of what happens after he returns to Italy - he is a high ranking CP member and a member of Parliament and lives to a ripe old age. I'll add more when I find where I have it hidden. My library is arranged in psychlogical order, so I have to be in the identical frame of mind as I was when I "filed" it in oredr to find it. Carp: Thanks again, I added the return to Triest Italy and Vidale/Vidali's throughly undeserved old age El Jigüe 12/06/05

[edit] Changes

I have deleted some weasel words (Stalinist assasin). I also think that attribunting him deaths in the first paragraph that are later called into question is unduly biased.

Furthermore, the Mella story is one-sided. There is still considerable debate about it, and the article does not reflect that debate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Larean01 (talkcontribs) 23:40, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
