[edit] Visual Assembler
Visual Assembler is an IDE for assembly language programs that incorporates Rapid Application Development features. Direct support is provided for win32 assembly programming on the Intel x86 processors, using the MASM, NASM, or TASM assemblers.
There are others claiming there Visual but they are just add on to MASM or other Assemblers.
Most Assemblers out there are still text based, and requires you to use a text editor like NotePad this had its own GUI (Graphical User Interface). It had its own built in text editor and debugger

Visual Assembler is as far as I can tell is a dead project. Even though the link below still works as of April 14th 2008 the download links do not.
