Vista Murrieta High School (VMHS) is a comprehensive, four-year high school located in Murrieta, California. It is operated by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. It opened in August 2003, Relieving overcrowding at Murrieta Valley High School, which had been the district's only comprehensive high school until that time. During the 2005-2006 school year, the school served approximately 3,500 students. The campus sits on 68 acres[1] overlooking the City of Murrieta to the South.
VMHS is a four-year comprehensive high school accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (as of 2006).

The daily announcements reminds students to "do things the Bronco way – with CLASS." CLASS is an acronym which stands for Character, Leadership, Attitude, Scholarship, Service. Students are expected to "demonstrate strong Character, Leadership in daily actions, a positive Attitude, achievement in rigorous Scholarship, and consistent Service to others."[2]
