Visionael Corporation provides service automation and delivery management software to telecommunications service providers, network outsourcers, enterprises and government organizations. Originally in the AutoCAD business, Visionael reincorporated in 1997 to become a network management software provider,[1] specializing in OSS and automated billing solutions.[2] The company is privately held with headquarters in Palo Alto, California.
