The Visayan Flowerpecker (Dicaeum haematostictum), or the Red-keeled Flowerpecker is a species of bird in the Dicaeidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
