Describing VS TS as supplanting VSS falsely implies that VS TS purpose and scope is source control. VS TS is much, much more than that. Saying that VS TS supplants VSS is like saying that the automobile supplants handheld lamps on evening excursions. 194.228.230.147 13:12, 10 January 2006 (UTC)FPS

This is a carbon-copy of the answer "What is Visual Studio 2005 Team System?" from MicroSoft's own FAQ. I shouldn't comment on the Lantern analogy, but considering the source of the page - I wouldn't want to be stuck behind that car on the information superhighway.

If this is from the FAQ, aren't there copyright issues? In any case, there should be a citation and this should be flagged as a stub.
