I found this article confusing. What IS a Visit to the Blessed Sacrament? Is it a sacrament? If so, which sacrament? Is it a specific altar in a church? Is it a certain prescribed ritual? I am sure all this is crystal clear to a Catholic, but to a Protestant this article is a little short on nuts and bolts factual information, and I would like to know more.
