State Route 188 is a primary state highway in Clifton Forge, Virginia, United States. It runs from U.S. Route 60 Business/U.S. Route 220 Business downtown north to the north town limits, where it becomes State Route 606. SR 606 continues northwest to U.S. Route 220 at Carloover.
