State Route 144 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from State Route 145 at Centralia south and southeast via Chester to U.S. Route 1/U.S. Route 301, south on US 1/301 into Colonial Heights, and east across the Appomattox River to State Route 36 between Fort Lee and Hopewell near Interstate 295.
