Virginia Powell

Virginia Powell (born 7 September 1983) is an American hurdler.
She finished third in 100 m hurdles at the 2006 IAAF World Cup in 12.90 seconds.
Her personal best time is 12.48 seconds, achieved in June 2006 in Sacramento.
