[edit] French region flags

I would like to request that you answer the question asked at Talk:Nord-Pas de Calais#Flag before editing any more French region flags. Regards, Kiwipete 01:12, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Regional Flag changes

Hello - Virgile1991, please stop changing the flag of articles on modern-day régions to a flag representing a very different "historical region" that no longer exists. There are many articles on France's former historical regions (eg. Île-de-France (province)), so keep that type of change there where it belongs. Thanks. THEPROMENADER 18:44, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Listen to reason please. The flag you are insisting upon are for centuries-defunct historical provinces, and the articles you are imposing this change upon are not on that subject - they are on the quite modern and well-defined région administrative entities - each with a well-known and used official flag of their own! I have given you every indication and example of the proper thing to do, so listen to reason please. Thanks again. THEPROMENADER 22:03, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Please join the discussion, build a case with your fellow editors, and otherwise make use of our robust dispute resolution process to reach a consensus as to what should be done; if you continue to edit war without attempting discussion, you will find yourself blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please take this into consideration. Thank you. – Luna Santin (talk) 20:38, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

As you have not replied to either this discussion or the one above, Virgile1991, I have reverted (again) your recent changes to region flags. Please either provide some sources for your edits, or refrain from these sorts of changes. Kiwipete 08:00, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Algeria

Hi. It seems reasonable to account for those other dates in the infobox. What do you think? Thanks. El_C 15:42, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Stop reintroducing vandalism to Maine

The thought that French is an official language in any way shape or form for the U.S. state of Maine is false, and originated in vandalism to Wikipedia. The published, reliable source for this is Voulez-vous: How do you say Wikipedia in French, pp 16-17, July 2007 issue of Down East: The Magazine of Maine. Please stop reintroducing vandalism to Maine. You may believe it true, but when a reliable source has shown that the factoid is false, it is time to stop putting it in the article. This has been previously explained at Talk:Maine#Where's French?. GRBerry 14:38, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits on Quebec
