Picture of Kim Thomson and Nicholas Clay, stars of the BBC television series Virtual Murder. This publicity picture, scanned by the uploader from TV Zone Special #45 (page 30), is to be used, under fair-use, to illustrate the Virtual Murder article on the following grounds:

The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
The image is being used for informational purposes about the television programme Virtual Murder
No free alternative exists;
The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
