Vinay Rai (born 18 September 1979) is a Tulu language actor who has appeared in a high-budget Tamil film as well as modelling and catwalking in noted fashion shows.

Vinay was originally a ramp model in Bangalore, but since has now made his debut as an actor in director Jeeva's Unnale Unnale co-starring Sadha and Tanisha Mukherjee.[1] The film has become a large success upon release.
Since his debut film, he has appeared in a Telugu language film, Vaana, which flopped at the box-office and is currently shooting for two Tamil language films, Jayamkondaan and Modhi Vilayadu.
