Villawood is a minor railway station on the CityRail Inner West railway line, Sydney. It serves the Sydney suburb of Villawood, a residential area with some industry. It has an island platform, built with the opening of the line. Under the Southern Sydney Freight Line project, a third track will be built by 2008 to carry freight trains separately from the passenger lines.

The station is serviced by up to 2 trains per hour in each direction on the Inner West Line during peak hours and at night on weekdays, and 2 trains per hour on the Bankstown Line all day. This makes 4 trains per hour in each direction during peak hours and at night on weekdays, and 2 trains per hour in each direction outside these times. The trains are not evenly spaced. There are additional trains in peak hours.
Platform 1:
- Bankstown Line - all stations and limited stops services to Bankstown, Central and the City Circle (anti-clockwise).
- Inner West Line - all stations and limited stops services to Lidcombe, Central and the City Circle (clockwise).
Platform 2:
- Bankstown Line - all stations services to Liverpool.
- Inner West Line - all stations services to Liverpool.

The station has an overhead footbridge connected to the platforms by stairs. Thus the station does not qualify as having Easy Access for wheelchairs.

- Route 905 - Between Fairfield and Bankstown.
- Route 907 - Between Parramatta and Bankstown.
